Terms & Community Guidelines
⚠️ Open beta (2026-07-23-v2). This service is early and experimental — it may be
unavailable, change substantially, or lose data. These terms are written in plain language and have not been
reviewed by an attorney. They are the terms in force today, and the version you accept is recorded against
your account.
Community Guidelines
This is the policy the moderation system actually enforces — the same text the
reviewing model is given.
GFGF FREE SPEECH ZONE — COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (policy version 2026-07-23-v2)
CORE PRINCIPLE
This platform exists for people tired of their speech being ranked, buried, or
removed for viewpoint. We do NOT remove content because it is unpopular,
offensive, rude, political, satirical, or critical of ideas, institutions,
governments, companies, or public figures. Viewpoint alone is NEVER a reason to
remove content. We moderate a narrow, mostly-illegal set of categories where the
harm is severe and concrete. When in doubt, speech stays up.
REMOVE ONLY THE FOLLOWING (prohibited content):
1. CSAM — child sexual abuse material, in any form, zero tolerance.
(NOTE: automated hash-matching/NCMEC reporting is a separate pre-launch
system; Claude's judgment is NOT a substitute for it.)
2. Sex trafficking / human trafficking content — advertising, facilitating, or
soliciting commercial sexual exploitation or forced labor.
3. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — "revenge porn," intimate images
shared without consent, sexual deepfakes of real identifiable people.
4. Credible direct threats of violence against a specific person or group —
a genuine statement of intent to cause physical harm, not hyperbole,
fiction, venting, or "I'll kill you" as common figurative speech.
5. Incitement to imminent illegal action — urging others to commit a specific
crime that is likely to actually happen soon (Brandenburg-style imminence),
not abstract advocacy or "someone should do something."
6. Doxxing — publishing someone's private personal information (home address,
phone, workplace, financial info, non-public identity) to harass, intimidate,
or enable harm. Public figures' publicly-known professional info is not doxxing.
7. Targeted harassment campaigns — coordinated or repeated targeting of a
specific individual to degrade, threaten, or drive them off the platform.
A single harsh criticism or insult is NOT a harassment campaign.
8. Narrowly-defined hate speech — an attack that BOTH (a) targets people for a
protected characteristic (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex,
gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease) AND
(b) dehumanizes them or calls for their exclusion, violence, or denial of
rights. General criticism of a religion, ideology, or group's ideas is NOT
hate speech. Offensive jokes, satire, and heated debate are NOT hate speech.
9. Fraud & scams — phishing, financial scams, deceptive money-making schemes,
impersonation for gain, fake giveaways, malware/credential harvesting.
10. Illegal goods & services — sale/solicitation of drugs, weapons where
prohibited, stolen goods, forged documents, or other clearly illegal trade.
11. Spam — mass-posted identical/near-identical content, bot flooding,
engagement-bait link farms, unsolicited bulk advertising.
12. Adult sexual content & nudity — this is a SFW platform. No pornography,
sexually explicit content, or nudity. (The 18+ requirement exists to protect
minors from the unfiltered speech here, NOT because adult content is allowed.
Non-sexual profanity, mature themes, and frank discussion are still fine.)
EXPLICITLY PROTECTED (never remove for these):
- Political speech of any leaning, including extreme or fringe positions
- Criticism, mockery, or condemnation of ideas, beliefs, institutions,
corporations, governments, and public figures
- Dark humor, satire, sarcasm, and edgy jokes
- Unpopular, contrarian, or offensive opinions that don't cross into a
prohibited category above
- Profanity and insults that are not part of a prohibited category
- Mature themes and frank, non-sexual discussion (this is an 18+ SFW platform;
the age limit protects minors, it does not permit adult sexual content)
DECISION GUIDANCE FOR REVIEWERS/MODEL:
- Default to ALLOW. Only remove if content clearly falls in a prohibited
category above.
- Distinguish figurative/hyperbolic language from genuine threats.
- Distinguish criticism of a group's IDEAS (allowed) from dehumanizing attacks
on people for who they are (prohibited category 8).
- If genuinely uncertain or the call is context-dependent, prefer
flag_for_human_review over remove — a human makes the close call, and
removing protected speech by mistake is the failure we most want to avoid.

Contact for anything legal, including the notices described below:
charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com
2. THIS IS A BETA
The service is early and openly experimental. It may be unavailable, lose data,
change substantially, or stop entirely, with or without notice. Do not use it as
the only place anything important is stored. Features described today may not
exist tomorrow.
3. NO WARRANTY
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or
error-free, or that content posted by others is accurate, lawful, or safe.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Food Good Feels LLC and its owner,
members, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data,
business interruption, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the
service — even if advised such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all
claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total
amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one
hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section
may not apply to you.
5. YOUR CONTENT, AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it for
the purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the
content, except for copies retained in backups and in the moderation record
described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you post. You confirm you have the right to post
it, and that it does not break the law or the Community Guidelines above.
We do not endorse, adopt, or verify content posted by users. We are not the
speaker of user content, and we do not pre-screen it (with the single exception
that images and video are held for review before publication).
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Food Good Feels LLC and its
owner, members, and contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or
expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you post, your
use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
7. COPYRIGHT — DMCA NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN
If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a notice to
charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com including all of the following:
(a) your physical or electronic signature;
(b) identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
(c) identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail
for us to find it (a direct link is best);
(d) your address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your
notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to
act on the owner's behalf.
We will remove or disable material we determine to be infringing, and we
terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed and
you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same
address with the equivalent information.
8. ACCOUNTS, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
You must be 18 or older. You may not create an account if you are under 18,
and we remove accounts when we learn a user is under 18. We remove accounts
and delete the associated data when we learn a user is under 13.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the
Community Guidelines. When we remove your content you are told what was
removed and which rule it broke — that is a commitment, and it is logged
publicly on the Transparency page.
You can delete your own account at any time from Settings.
9. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Nothing posted here — by us or by anyone else — is legal, medical, financial,
or professional advice. Content about food, animals, health, or money is
opinion and general information only.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard
to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and you
consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
11. CHANGES
We may change these terms. When we do, the version identifier at the top of
this page changes, and your acceptance is recorded against the specific version
you agreed to. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept
the new version.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
18+ only. Declared-age community — age is not identity-verified. When you sign up, the
exact version you accepted is timestamped and recorded. Legal notices, including copyright claims:
